Our resident CZL therapist is back in the studio to talk about dealing with difficult people in our lives.  Megan B. Bartley has returned to share all of her knowledge and how to apply strategies when dealing with challenging views or actions in various relationships.  "You can't play tug-of-war if you never pick up the rope," as Megan says.  She discusses the power and confidence that we must gain within ourselves to conduct our actions and operate as our highest self. She addresses ways and even responses you can take to try to repel or rebuild a difficult relationship.
